Employee Spotlight – Erin Rudolf

As we continue to grow as a company, we’re delighted to add more new faces to our team. This month, we welcomed a new clinical trial manager to the crew - Erin Rudolf. Erin has over five years of project management experience, including working in clinical trial management.

Erin will help run the pivotal study for our lead therapeutic, BT-001, for people with type 2 diabetes. Her enthusiasm for improving patients’ health aligns perfectly with our values as a company, and it’s just one of the many reasons we’re excited to have her on board.

What attracted you to Better Therapeutics?

The team dynamics that I experienced during the interview process really sealed the deal for me. I loved that we were able to get to know each other and talk about more than just the role.

What do you find most exciting about the type of work you do?

The end goal. Whether it’s completing a major milestone or a smaller task, the feeling of accomplishment and keeping my eyes on the vision to improve health keeps me enthusiastic – especially with a new company and a newer technology to the market.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role at Better Therapeutics?

Helping to make a difference in patient lives and getting to know my teammates on a more personal level.

Where do you find inspiration and purpose?

My purpose comes from improving patient health and quality of life. Keeping that in the back of my mind helps motivate me to keep my head down and get the work done!

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?

I have two dogs at home that I spend time training and competing in agility, and I teach dog behavior classes and visit clients on weekends. I also enjoy sporting events – particularly the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers.
